There are quote a few blog advertisement networks out there. I'd suggest doing a Google search and seeing if you can list your site in any directories. That way people who are looking for niche-specific places to advertise may have an easier time finding your site.

fluffy - Oops, my blog is okdani.com (it's being moved to wordpress today so if you visit it may look wonky and unfinished)

my fiverr is okdani as well.

deborah - blog advertiser networks - i must be slow, i didn't know they even existed. I'll work to get my blog listed in some!

raj - thanks for the seo info link. the blog is about random life stuff, it's girly and has a lot about hair and babies lol.

Your blog is interesting, but it likes personal blog. You can apply to Google AdSense and Chitika for monetize, you may have $100-250 from them. If someone ask you for sponsor banners, you may have extra money.
Can I ask a question how you get this traffic within 2 months? Could you share this tips?

It is a personal blog.
Thanks for the monetizing ideas!! I'll add adsense when the site's good to go.

Oh no, it's not within 2 months this traffic. (i wish!)
Only the last 2 months of posts have been imported from blogger so far (I'm switching to wordpress right now)
I've had this blog for over a year. and it was the compilation of a hair blog and another blog I had and smushed them together.

There are several sites where you can advertise your site as a place for Media Buys. AdBrite is one example. You can list your site and people will pay you to place ads on your site directly.

You can also add it to the AdWords network as a targeted zone but you are more likely to get better cash from AdBrite which will list your site, zones you want to allow and automates the entire process. We do this on some of our popular niche blogs and it works out pretty well for us as we do not have to manage anything.

It can help if you boost your Alexa rank as well, makes you seem more valuable to advertisers, etc.

  Yes, it's frustrating trying to boost Alexa rank with a girlie site. Women don't tend to install the Alexa toolbar.
  
  If Alexa rank is stuck, work on increasing your backlinks, Twitter followers and social bookmarks, particularly delicious saves. BuySellAds tracks those.

You can offer your ad space there for other marketers.

That was the other site I could not remember... nice one!

As for boosting Alexa ranking, you can "Manipulate" it a bit with some online services. That being said <1M is actually not bad at all. Many new sites are 27M+
