Making $1 a day Autopilot

I'm looking to make $1 a day autopilot. When I say autopilot, i mean it. How many hours would it take to make your site reach $1 a day autopilot which some touches every now and then? This may sound like a joke, but I'm serious. This can be from any niche. I'm thinking about Adsense as a main objective as $1 is nothing but I just would like to hear your thoughts!

A week to a year. It depends how good you are. For example, write an incredible post that interests tons of people, make it the home page of a blog and it could bring in more than $1/day if it ranks highly and is optimized with keywords, etc. If you're just writing about random stuff every couple weeks it may never happen. There is no right answer.

Yes, I agree. The clear answer is...

It depends. There are so many factors which influence how successful a site will be and how it will take to make money. Try to focus on something which you are passionate about. People are interested in unique and helpful content. So don't just go after what everyone else is doing. Branch out and get creative.

It may be a smaller niche but you have a better chance of dominating it and making some money.

Depends on a lot of variables. And of course on how quick you work and the niche etc etc...
It can be done in 2 hours, but it may also take 3 weeks.

Are you serious? What will $30 a month do for you?

Write a free guide on specific subject with your affiliate
links in it and give it away to build a list. You only need
to SELL ONE PRODUCT that pays $30 sales commission
to reach $1 per day goal.

buy a $100 adwords coupon on Fiverr.com (for five bucks).... then start an adwords campaign using the display network (not search network) set at 1 cent per click. Add google adsense and InfoLinks to your content. You should be able to generate 1 dollar per day this way.... although spending 5 to make 30 is profit, but seems a little silly!

You could definitely reach $1/d from micro niche adsense sites. It all comes down to keyword research. You may create a site that takes you 1h and $30 investment, but not all these sites will be successful. What I mean is that some sites will make you $.2/d, and some $3/d. It really comes down to good keyword research and SEO.

$1/day shouldn't really take you that long at all.

I'm also insanely obsessed with auto-pilot/passive income.

About a year ago or something like that I started looking into auto-blogging and I eventually decided to write my own auto-blogging plugin from scratch (since I didn't really like how WP Robot was coded, it lacked a few core features I needed etc.).

Since then I've been putting up a few sites (well, actually, about 100ish at the moment) to basically beta test my plugin, see how well it scaled and work out quirks/bugs along the way.

This month so far these auto-blogs have made me ~ 300 EUR (about ~ $430) without me doing _anything_. Heck, I haven't really done any real backlinking for any of these blogs - and due to Google Panda they're not even ranking that high - but they actually pull in quite a bit of traffic due to the sheer number of long tail keywords I have on these blogs.

And oh, I don't monetize these blogs using Adsense, they're strictly monetized using eBay Partner Network and Amazon Associates only (where EPN makes me about 95% of all the income).

If I were you I would go with one of these two options:

    1) Build mini-niche adsense sites for high paying keywords (typically in the finance, insurance niche etc.) and outsource articles. This is what I'm doing right now to diversify my income streams (and it's also fun to try a new business model). Once you set up the site and get a few backlinks (depending on the niche of course) the site should pretty well be able to just earn passively for you.

    2) Build auto-blogs targeting specific types of products etc. This is what I do - despite the Google Panda update (Yahoo and Live actually brings me some traffic). People are generally in the mindset of buying stuff when they're looking for products so it's relatively easy to make some money out of these keywords. Monetize with EPN, Amazon, Adsense etc.

If you're not a techie/developer (or do not want to buy WP Robot) you can check out my auto-blogging solution RoboBlogger - Roboblogger . I'm slowly but steadily opening up slots for beta testers to try the product.

    Cheers,
    Seb

A $1 a day can easily be done using adsense and a blog. The initial involvement is pretty high but once you start getting 30-50 unique visits a day with adsense up you will achieve your goal.

I would just pick a niche that you are interested enough about to write articles and posts then join a few forums/networking sites and post a link to your new blog post. You should also do some key word research before you create the blog to make sure your niche topics pay a decent CPC.

That is basically what I did with the blog in my sig that receives anywhere from $1-$14 a day.

I used to build several wordpress blogs and optimized a main long-trail keyword for each. I just wrote some articles about my software regularly and posted to them. After about half an year, one site brought me one sale (about $50) and then each month I have gotten $50-$100 from it untill now. Other sites also brought me profits. Now, i have about 100 these kinds of sites. So, optimizing wordpress blogs is a good way.

Just pick a topic you are interested in, build a good site around it, and build some backlinks to it. Also make sure on page seo is done well. And if the keyword is right, then you should getting an average of a dollar a day in a short amount of time.
