What's your weakness when it comes to your business?

Just curious what your weakness is when it comes to your business?

Mine is without a doubt is... being too much of a perfectionist. I will not launch a product, upload a website or design unless it's 100% perfect. I tend to think I have a real eye for detail but a lot of the times it a pain in the a** when it comes to getting things done. Everything has to be perfect so it usually takes a lot longer to get things finished.

I can't even outsource a lot of my work b/c I know I won't be happy with the results; I guess on the upside it's made me have to learn a lot of elements of online business... design, programming etc on my own.

So whats your downfall?

    Mine is laziness and lack of focus. I do alright, but I wish I had the motivation I had 5 years ago. It's easy to get content and slack off when you're doing "well enough".

    Trying to eliminate time wasters....for example constantly checking traffic stats, and commissions....I am working on cutting this out completely and only doing it every few days...

    For me i think it is marketing strategies. Sometimes, having a website or product is simply not enough. One needs to effectively market or promote them. And adopting a successful strategy is one of the most challenging task i have to face. So far i have successfully promoted one of my blogs but when i tried the same methods it backfired. So, i'm yet to find another way to promote my latest blog.

    For me, there are instances that my weakness is the focus. There are times that I am distracted by the events in my surroundings and will really disrupt my attention and focus on my work (IM world). Although it's not that always but, there are really times.
    And also, I am still on the process of learning more about the IM world, so one of my weaknesses would be unfamiliarity to such activities of the IM world yet. I am still studying and in some cases, seek some help from the experts for a little advice and tips regarding some challenges that I had a hard time coping up with.

    Not finishing what I've started is one of my many weaknesses. I get distracted waaay to easily and sometimes it feels like my head is about to explode because of new ideas all the time.

    My hard-disk is full of unfinished projects, and so is my head.

    Mine is English, I have almost all the necessary skills needed for IM, except English. I can communicate fairly well in chat and one on one conversation but it's not good enough for written or verbal communication via audio and video.

    Administration - I hate dealing with staff, paperwork, finance. My skills are in creativity. I am known in my business circle as the guy who makes it happen. But once I get it rolling I need to have other people run the machine.

    Stick with what you are great at and outsource/hire out the rest.
