Problems with PowerLeads Pro

Hey guys, a couple months ago, my powerleads pro stopped working. I contacted the company via their service internet portal, and he responded "show me how you paid". Even though I provided screen shots and emails from him showing where he gave me my serial number. I don't remember how I paid, but I would think he could look in the history of my interaction with him via the service portal, the email history I provided etc.

I found powerleads pro via this website, I signed up immediately based on an ad that he had on this website. It was about a year ago I think.

Does anyone here have a suggestion? Thanks.

    have you been keeping up to date with all things powerleads pro? You do know that the X version is out now which is prob why your copy has stopped working.

    If you say you made payment for it a year ago while I am sure he was taken payment via paypal. It may be worth going into your paypal account and doing a search for power leads pro. other then that I doubt anyone here can really help.
