I just bought a PLR from an unauthorized seller...

I just bought some PLR ebooks from a WSO but later realized that he didn't have the right to sell those PLR ebooks because they come from a different WSO which clearly states that you can't pass PLR right to others.

Is it illegal to use the PLRs I bought? Should I buy them again from the original seller?

How do you know if a PLR that you buy is legitimate?

    Is the original creators name on the product?

    I would imagine getting in touch with him/her would be your best bet of finding out.

      I have found the original creator.
      I contacted him.
      he didn't know anything and he thanked me for informing him.

      I got my money back.
      and I will report him

    I would report them immediately to the Admin because for one PLR products aren't allowed in the WSO section if the person selling them did not create them. Secondly, as you pointed out, he did not have the authorization to resell those PLR products.

    Go to the Warrior Forum Help Desk and report it right away.

    You need to check with the PLR creator with these questions. It is possible that rights were granted outside of whatever offer you saw. Regardless, the creator should know.
