    That's not a PLR pack.

    You might still make some money with it but it depends on how old it is, how widely distributed it has been so far and what the niche is - among other things.

    Can't really tell for sure but I would say that it won't keep much value for long with those rights.

    If you're thinking of buying it, I would most likely recommend against it. If you already have it, then use it as a bonus or listbuilder if it is being given away elsewhere. Again, it depends on other factors, though.
