What is Aweber's Spam Complaint Percent Calculation?
Anyway Aweber shows the complaint percent of 0.17 % does that mean more than one person complained (out of 609 emails sent)? Does anyone know how I can figure out if it was one person or more than one.
This is a list from a Giveaway event and I'm starting to think those leads are so-so at best. From the same email sent to other lists I generated sales and even had one person email me thanking me for sending good recommendations not just the same ol crap. Yet someone else thinks it's spam. You can't please everyone.
I'm just curious if it was one person or more. Thankfully Aweber removes these folks automatically so I don't have to deal with them anymore.
