Where can I get this squeeze page?

I've ended up many times landing on a squeeze page with this design, but for the life of me, I can't find where to go to get or buy it. I like the raggedy-bordered warning box at the top (want to find one where I can customize the copy) - and the animated down arrow.

Who has this puppy? I'll happily part with a reasonable price for it.

    You really only need the two graphics to create this and you should be able to hire someone to duplicate them for a very reasonable price. The actual signup looks like a stock aweber form. But you would probably want them to create it with your choice of text because it looks like the text in the header square is embedded in the image.

    But it is something that anyone that knows what they are doing would only spend 15 or 20 minutes on.

    You could honestly make it with Microsoft Paint...

    It's also very lazy to just get something that someone has already done without their permission. And a landing page like this (personally) will not make me want to put in my email.

    Sorry, but stuff like this is pretty much failure. It looks cheap and trashy.

      Not sure how you got from my O.P. that I'd use it without permission - which is why I offered to pay for it if I could find its creator. As for the "cheap and trashy," each to his own. I happen to like it.

    its acutally one of my squeeze pages...

    let frank use it in one of the MCM issues and boom... the sucker is everywhere.

    the screenshot one you have is using an aweber form.

    funny about the comments... if i recall correctly when my friends amish/jay used it for their launch they got DOUBLE the leads they'd gotten previously. same for walker and same for kern.

    So say what you want about the 'look'... the thing works, if you know what you're doing. (most ppl don't)

    everyones taking the warning graphic and redoing it... and lol... no, you can't make it in MS word.

    there's a LOT more to it than what you think you see.

    But ya, it'd be cool if you just made your *own* design and tested it on your own traffic... so you find out what works for YOU. (what works for me may/may not work for you).

    If everyonese site looks the same you not only SCR@W yourself, you SCR@W me as well... and all the work I've put in.

      Thanks for the info. I woudn't think of using anything without permission...which is why I said I was prepared to pay for it if I could find the source of it. But it appears you're not offering it for sale, so I'll create (or have created) something similar instead.
