Wordpress strange problem with url

Hi,

I have some problems with wordpress installation.
I don't understand. I did not have this problem in the past.
I am using fantastico to install wordpress.
I choose for the url (and home) this: http://marseilledemenagement.com
Ok! no problem here. I can connect to the website.

If I logging and change in the setting tab the url (and home) as: http://www.marseilledemenagement.com
I can not reach the website.

Can somebody explain me what is happening here?

    First you'll need to make sure that 'www' is set up as a CNAME in your DNS records.

    Then you'll need to further explain "I can not reach the website." What do you see? Errors? Blank screen?
