You're going to have to give some more information if you want a good answer. All I can say right now is: why not just write down the info and send it out? Also, why did you take a job as an affiliate manager if you have no experience of it, and need to search for help on forums to do it properly?

I am currently working as an affiliate manager and I would list all the basic info:
      payout
      EPC or conversion rate
      allowed traffic types
      landing page preview

Affiliates receive millions of emails everyday. They need useful info so I suggest just be straight forward.

And be available to your affiliates, well during working hours of course.

      Hope this helps.

The person who hired me want a person who is a beginner and good with internet marketing skills like SEO, SEM, SMM. I need to manage his campaigns of affiliates and when he will start making sales he will hire me as a full time internet marketer to promote his small business on different platforms

As an affiliate marketer, I really appreciate when affiliate managers keeps me up to date with every new product release or any special discounts going on that I can promote.

The easier you make it on affiliates, the better response you'll have. I absolutely love the affiliate managers who provide you with your own affiliate link to the new product to promote. It makes it easy so that I don't have to login to my affiliate account to grab the link to a new product.

Overall, basic communication of details is all that is needed and very much appreciated, but providing marketing materials and training how to market online is very important as well.

Explain why this opportunity is worth their time.

Here are some questions you might answer for them:

    * Why is your offer going to make them money?
    * Why are people going to want this?
    * Why should they believe your claims? (have you tested it already... did you hire someone to optimize your site for increased conversions)
    * Most important of all... why is this offer worth their time versus all of the other offers out there competing for their attention?

Even though these affiliate are already familiar with you. You still have got to sell them on promoting you.

I agree with Hans and if you don't offer email swipes, at least tell them what the key selling points and benefits seem to be with your customers so they can easily put together an email or blog post.

Google affiliate promotions that are already going on & see how they are writing their emails, sign up if you have to, check out what's working for them. You can do this researching through clickbank as well. Another good source for finding ways to write your articles or emails is ezinearticles.com or sites like this, research how they are writing theirs then take your information & create your own.

No matter what though, the key is to be genuine.

    Hope this helps,
