Problems with Integral Hosting?

I can't find any way to get customer service with this company. Even some of the links on their site go to dead pages. No phone number (actually a fake phone number 888-888-8888) and no email or address???????????????

I have a client that has a domain hosted there. I have renewed it twice (payment accepted via paypal BOTH TIMES!) and it's still saying "payment pending review". So, I've paid twice in the past 3 weeks and now the domain is expired and the site's not showing and my reputation is on the line.

What a bunch of crap (excuse my venting).

Obviously not too happy with this company. they really need to work on their user end. I can log on to the main site, but when I go to the "help" "request support", it asks for a new username and password (which apparently is different from the other)- what a freaken joke!

Any insight would be appreciated. And in case you couldn't guess it... I do NOT recommend them for domains or hosting.

    Have you tried to simply file a Paypal complaint?

    Very often that would make a company jump and handle.

      Yes, but always like to give people the benefit of the doubt. It's such a simple thing. Plus... why the lack of customer support contact info... I mean.. 888-888-8888?????????????? try calling that and see what happens. And dead links?

      But... somehow... after a day of downtime for a REALLY good client (that doesn't understand any of this.. it's finally up and the payment has been accepted.

      Only bad thing is - I paid to renew THREE TIMES (all went through) and only got one years renewal....

      Time to transfer to godaddy or something.

    It looks like they were bought out or merged with Aquest Hosting. You can get to the sales questions without being a member. at support.aquesthosting.com and just click on submit ticket and you will be able to choose sales for presales questions.

    I don't know if this will help you or not.

    Quick question - you are wordpress guy why are you dealing with an asp server at all? Just curious.

      Thanks for that info. I just compiled an email to the tech support email address that was included in the confirmation email they just sent. It's difficult doing this for clients because they don't get it and the domain and hosting companies are hesitant to deal with us professionals because our name isn't on the account.

      I absolutely LOVE WordPress and use it for nearly everything. But, I've been in this business since the beginning (literally) and am very familiar with linux, windows, asp, etc. I prefer linux servers by far though.

      But this is one of those stupid combination host and domain manager systems. I only use the domain manager (as they were making it a total pain to transfer last year). I simply point the Name Servers to my own server (which is linux based - and plays well with wordpress)

      Perhaps they are having growing pains from changing companies... but I'm still not very happy about it.
