Burning question: How to use Google content network for leads?

Hey guys,

I have always wondered about how to get leads from the content network and I am now running a campaign where users can sign up to receive a free ebook.

I do understand how the content network works but not really experienced with it.

I was wondering if someone out there has had a good time using the network to generate leads for an email campaign?

Does Google frown on doing this?

Any tips that you can share in order to keep the CPC low or to get subscribers quickly using this method would be appreciated!

      Hi,

I am doing a text ad, there are no images. The niche is online marketing. It is a free ebook.

      Any tips would be appreciated.

Google policies on search and content networks
are too stiff for my liking. You can strategically
create a content page with about 400-750 words
and put several links to your opt-in page.

Google frowns at opt-in pages that are too sketchy.
