Help with Product Creation

Hey I'm hoping some of my fellow Warriors can help me out here.

I've built a seven figure (sales) business in the investing niche -but I'm wanting to expand into other area's.

Eventually to be honest my goal is to get into IM and help people become finally independent using the web to run a business - but before I do that I need to prove that I can build a business in other niches as well.

I've found a few niches I think there will be a lot of buyers and interest in - but here is my problem.

Product creation.

Ya see - in the past I've always created my own products - my products are high end tools and my investing process is pretty unique, not something I'd trust someone else to be able to convey.

But I have no real desire to make the products for this process, I just want to get the products up on Clickbank.

So my question is, what is a good place for me to go in order to get someone to create products for me online?

How much should I look to pay for a good ebook?

The rest of the process I think I've pretty much got down - but this part, I'm just stuck on.

Any help would be great.
