How far should I go with FB?

Hey Guys,

First of all I wanna thank all of you for sharing your info. Its benefitted me a lot! With that said, maybe i can get some financial advice.

I'm a young guy, and I need to make just about $100 a day to live comfortably. I already have 3 fan pages with each averaging 600 members. Do you think its possible for me to make that much a day with these 3 fan pages? Or should I go ahead and open a website, send a newsletter, and start gathering a mailing list? I'm a student so to be honest i'm just trying to get by with as little work as possible at the moment and I want to set my expectations. Maybe some of you can tell me what kind of revenue you're seeing on your fan pages. Your advice is always cherished.

Sorry, I would think making $10 a day from the fan pages would be an achievement, depends a lot on the subject matter.

A full time income takes a full time investment of time, it make take some clever work for a part timer to make the kind of money you need. It's safe to assume that you will have to try several different things before you find the right king of site and strategy for you.

Hmm thanks mate. $10 a day eh? Conversion rate on fb fan pages are that bad? I was really hoping that with a few ads here and there I could atleast make 60 a day. I treat the fans as friends and i don't really throw ads at them. Do you think its worth starting to open a site and a mailing list?

You know what? It's all really impossible to predict without actually trying it. I think people come up with great ideas and then ask other people if they think those ideas will make them a certain amount of money because they're looking for some kind of "guarantee" or "validation" of their idea. In other words, motivation to proceed.

Can you make a $1 million in real estate? It's possible. People have done it. Will you make money on Fiverr if you post gigs? It's possible. People have done it. Will you make $100 per day with your FB fan pages? Maybe.

Who knows? Just do it and see if that works for you. IM is not necessarily about making money first -- it's about discovering your interests, talents, a "niche" if you will AND THEN making money.

If you think FB can be a money maker for you because you see and understand FB better than most, give it a shot!

Or you can take a step back and write down what you want to earn per day. $100? Write it down.

And while you're looking at that "$100.00" don't fall into the trap of thinking those whole 100 has to come from the same grand scheme. Build your $100 per day in bricks or pieces. Example?

What the other guy said: $10 from your FB fan pages.

        Now we're down to $90.

While you're building your FB fan page(s) to make more per day, where's the other $90 going to come from?

A sale a day from ClickBank? Writing a few quality articles per day for clients? Making a website with awesome content and pasting the maximum allowable Adsense code on it? Amazon review site(s)?

Eventually, you'll be able to put something together that will total $100 per day -- probably more if you're really trying. God forbid, you might even come up with something original and really start raking in the money.

College kid and you don't want to put in that much time? Plenty of college kids sweat their you-know-what off washing dishing, waiting tables and still do well in school. Surely, you have the time to sit in front of your computer (and not sweat) and come up with something AND still find the time to do your studies.

The WF is information overload no doubt. But if you're clueless, kick back and relax. Invest a couple of hours or more just reading threads until an idea hits you. Don't fall for the headlines of "making millions" and all that jazz, FALL FOR THE IDEA. Then take action.

$100? So doable. Now go for it and take it!

man! intense and I really appreciate it. I knew i have to go and start building it with other bricks to get to that $100, however, I actually am sweating for moeny and I am indeed washing dishes and waiting tables along with studying, and thats why i'm trying to find that guarantee...cause between work and class I just can't find the time to invest into writing a newsletter or starting up a site....dont' get me wrong, it'll definitely come, but only once things cool down. Regardless, that was great advice my friend and it takes me in a very positive direction.

The key is to monetize your fans. Find out what their interests are and do reviews on things that are relevant to them. Also if you are good at getting fans offer that as a service to local businesses.
