How to Teach An Outsourced Worker Keyword Research?

I'm hiring a few people to do keyword research. I am wondering the best way to go about teaching them keyword research including competition gauging?

Anybody have any ideas?

    You could always create a detailed training video for them. And also shadow them a few times. That's probably the best way IMO.

    I second the idea of making a video for them because your own market demands will be different than most tools teach.

    That said the Market Samurai videos are very good, provided the outsourcer can understand the Aussie accent. I assigned one guy to go through them and he told me he couldn't understand the dude.

    • Use instructional Videos
    • Draft what your going to say so that you wont missed out anything
    • Be Detailed but Direct to the point
    • Ask them if they understand and if they have further question regarding the video you made for them.
