Gotta love customers who have the balls to ask questions

I love my customers. They aren't afraid to email me and say, "I don't get ___________________. Can you explain it?"

You just created my next eBook/report idea.

It's often stuff that I hadn't considered because I already know it or didn't think of it in the way THEY were. Happened just this morning. Guy had a wonderful spin on an old idea. I'll answer his questions and give him a copy of the report.

For those marketers who don't like being bothered with emails, you're missing out on money making product ideas!

my customers are like that too - i'm sure i get an email from every customer i get with one of my products.

Of course affiliates don't have to deal with customers, but your'e 100% right.

Customers can give product owners great insights into the needs of our prospects and we shouldn't look a emails from them as a prob - but an opportunity.

Well customers are customers. Some understand logic yet there are some who don't.
