I have a simple problem:
I have created backlinks for my site, but I want to convert them into an RSS feed. I know how to do that.
However, I need to extract them from a .doc file. Is there any way I can do this without doing it manually?
I have also converted the doc file into html and uploaded into one of my sites at http://exercisestotonestomach.com/tim.html
