Hey guys. Question about product launch: (Especially) Kindle/ClickBank questions

Well, I've written a bunch of nice little "information products" that I think will sell well.

I want to distribute the information products in 3 ways: on Amazon, on ClickBank, and on my own domains.

A few general questions, this is my first real product launch and I'm curious about the legality of it all.

1) Can I promote my product on ClickBank and Amazon simultaneously? (LEGALLY?)

2) If the product is relatively short (I have a product that is only 6.5 pages but information is valuable and from my own mind/experience.) - What is the best way to sell this on Amazon currently? (I know there are a few options to publish. What is best in my situation? Does the size and the fact that my book isn't "published" or "copyrighted" at the moment prompt any limitations for Kindle publishing?)

3) Do I need to take any legal action PRIOR to publishing on Amazon/ClickBank? Do I need to "copyright" this information or "Publish" it prior to selling it on Kindle or ClickBank? (I really want to start publishing my content tonight, is that possible?) - I have all the material required to launch on ClickBank and Amazon at the moment, and am just inquiring for any advice directly prior.

4) For my own personal domains, I want to implement "Sales Page Theme" in order to sell the information product. How is payment issued with Sales Page Theme and has anyone used it? (I assume it must have paypal functionality OR ClickBank functionality, am I correct?) Are there any better alternatives? This seems so easily implementable and I love wordpress, so seems like the best option for me.

    1.)You can do both.

    2.)You need to format properly for Amazon.

    3.) I'm not a lawyer so can not properly inform you of any legal advice. (personally I'd just publish and get it up there)

    4.) You can use paypal or search for a comprehensive list of other payment processors that integrate with clickbank.

    There are a ton of sales page themes, so I'm not sure what you are referring to there.

    5.) If your ebook is marketing related, you might consider giving it a test spin on this forum in the classified or wso area. This way you can gather feedback and gain some credibility.

    [JEFF] Cool - you can publish on Amazon and use Clickbank as your payment processor and then still offer on your own domain - Clickbank does not host your ebook sales page for you, they are a payment processor and directory as well as affiliate management agent

    [JEFF] Given that your product is short and as long as it is formatted relatively simply, then you can submit directly to Amazon - here's where you can get started - https://kdp.amazon.com/self-publishing/signin - an alternative is using a middle-man to format it for you and submit on your behalf - like Smashwords or Createspace where they will submit to other ebook directories as well

    [JEFF] I have used tons of sales page themes, they usually don't have anything to do with the payment processor, so you can use Paypal, Clickbank, 2Checkout.com, or anyone you please
