I see a lot of questions on outsourcing, and thought I'd share how I do it.

First, for one-time tasks that are time consuming or where you do not have the skill (e.g. design, backlinking), I user Fiverr. I've found that the site has consistently been the best value for money. You just have to spend some time finding the best providers.

Next, once your business has been getting some traction and making some money, then you can think about hiring a full-time employee. I used onlinejobs.ph to find someone (you have to pay to use it). It's best to have a set list of things you would like to outsource before hiring the person, and to have created a system and lists of steps of how you'd like it done to get the person up to speed.

Hope this helps!

I used fiverr as well. It does take sometime to get the right people to work for you, but when you find them its all worth it. In terms of value for money I haven't found anywhere that even can even come close to the value some people offer their services for!

I've used Fiverr for the tasks like Banner designing, backlinks and ad posting. I always got good results. For other serious tasks, I use oDesk or freelancer.com

I agree with this fully. I love to outsource the backlink building tasks so that I can concentrate on my writing. This helps to free up a large amount of time and get the job done properly for me.

love fiver, definitely have had some bad nuts but overall great.

i typically outsource on a task basis until i need a particular task or set of task completed all the time to warrant a full VAs. i current have two VAs but still outsource all of my link building as its a hard skill to find affordably or teach my VAs well enough.

Yes Fiverr is particularly good value for link building, which is a difficult and time consuming skill to train a VA in.

Well you should look at my new site I am launching as we speak.
      Gig Universe

We have a serious advantage in that 50% of all profits go to children's charities worldwide!

Also, while most gigs are $5 we have gigs at all price levels because there are things you need that you can't get for only five bucks.

While this next statement may not be outsourcing I sure like the gig where you can get the link to download over 1 million free songs from all the hottest new up and coming artists from all over the world.

And yes we have tons of outsourcing gigs too.

Fiverr is really good although you have to try out several people before you find the best. I have had some bad jobs done but for $5, I am not complaining. I can afford to try 3 or 4 different people for a total of $20 before I select the best ones. It is well worth the investment. You would be amazed how some good some of that work is. It is a great idea to leave feedback for every job done for you so that others have an idea of the quality of work a certain person does before they pay.

I recommend using an outsourcing company instead. I think you will be more peaceful and satisfied if there's a project manager/team leader who will be checking your staff to ensure high quality of works.

I have 10 mfa sites so the seo outsourcing adds up. I've just tried seomasterx at fiverr and am happy with the reports for link pyramids and article submission. The links look good. Too soon to see an increase in the serps, but I did find him to be helpful and professional. Also, he offers buy 2 get 1 free. So far a good experience at fiverr.
