Does selling PLR work?

Hey,I'm trying out a new thing
Selling PLR BY ITSELF
Meaning,the sales page as it is and everything
I'm also creating a list at the same time

This is how I do it:

  1. Offer a free PLR product and some added bonus on the squeeze page
  2. Once they opt-in I offer them another PLR product with some more bonuses but at a $9.97 value
  3. Both PLR are in the same topic/niche (social media traffic)
  4. Also creating a list while I'm at it
*all the PLR products,squeeze page and sales page are as it is except the added bonuses

Do you think this method could work or would it go up in smokes?:confused:
I'm still in the developing stages
Any comments would be appreciated

    Up in smoke if they find they already have it or it's overused.

    Try to add some actual unique value.

      What do you think I should do to add unique value to the PLR products? :confused:Besides giving away more e-books,courses and videos which I am already doing

        Adding more unique value (unique being the key) can really only be done right if you were to take the PLR and make changes to it. I don't think adding more e-books, courses and videos if they were PLR would give it any real unique value at all.

    Rewrite the PLR and just use the videos/other product as bonus material to your new audience. If it is overused or some else has it, you will be just another marketing genius wannabee. Everything has to be unique and compelling for people to buy.

    You also need to make sure you have the license to sell the PLR rights and, above all, buy quality stuff in the first place!

    There still are many marketers looking for PLR articles and other products. I am sure if your sales page is good and price is attractive, there will be people buying from you.

    I have a large collection and I use them for various purpose.

    yes but you have to do it the right way.

    You have to chop up the content and rewrite most of it to make it unique or you will have a high refund rate.

    You can also and should also convert it into audio. You also have to re work the sales page that comes with it so nobody recognizes it. Rename it, redesign the the cover.

    So it's basically like creating your own product by the time you get done with it.

    Yes it has to be unique most plr sites have the same reused articles that makes up 85% of the content
