INTERNET MARKETING

I was wondering how much should I pay for someone to add a background image to a wordpress template that doesnt have one. It just has a color in the background.

I want to have an image and use the space to the left and right for advertising.

I posted on ODESK and emailed two warriors and I'm waiting for the quotes, but I wanted to get an objective opinion form someone who is not trying to get my money.

I tried, i just couldnt find the right keywords to search for it. EVERY SINGLE keyword was bringing up "i'll install wordpress and a theme for $5". Then I got frustrated.

Looks like a i got an offer for $16 on odesk. I hope it's a legit programmer, it looks like he is. It's my first time using odesk.
