I currently own the domain loanconsolidationinfo.com which is currently just forwarded to another one of my sites.

Not sure what I can do with the URL as I believe this could be a great URL for a niche website due to the exact keyword matches in the address?

Am I correct? If so, what should I do with it?

    There are many affiliate and CPA offers in that niche. You could forward it to one of those, or build a website with content related to that and advertise such offers.

    This is a keyword rich domain. I'd build a niche site targeting loan consolidation and maybe outsource the content creation because I don't know much about the subject.
