Question about Bounce Rate
At the moment I'm trying to tweak my website so that it's SEO friendly. However, one concern I have is that I may be recieving a high bounce rate, but I'm not sure if it's even an issue? Basically, I'm trying to get as many clicks to my squeeze page as possible, so I've placed a link to my squeeze page at the very top of my website, which my visitors wont be able to miss.
My question: If the link to my squeeze page opens in a new window, is this still essentially 'bouncing'? Technically they are still on my website, because the squeeze page opens in a new window, but at the same time they are leaving it too.
Hopefully somebody can clear this up for me!
