How can I check QR Codes in different phones?

I live in the middle of nowhere in Central America. Does anyone know how I can check to see if customized QR codes work properly on different mobile phones in the USA?

For example with websites there's a online service that checks sites in different browsers. Do you know if there's a system to test QR codes on different mobile phones?

I am not aware of one however if you head over the offline forum and started a thread and asked people to check it on different phones, I am sure you would get enough people over there. Besides, if the code works on one phone then it should work on all.

It's like barcodes on shopping products. It doesn't matter what brand of scanner they use so long as it is a barcode scanner. Same goes with QR codes. A phone either has the ability to have a QR application installed on it or it doesn't.

If your actually customizing the qr codes some qr readers work better than others on customized codes...

Remember to use the highest level of error correction 30% then if you are adding a logo and that try to keep it around 25% of the overall surface area that way your not maxing out the error correction

also make sure the foreground and background are contrasting, the closer the two colors the harder it is for the reader to see it especially if your customizing the layout...

Remember also foreground color HAS to be darker than the background!

That's what I've found anyway - where possible try and keep you qr code as a vector image

I usually test on a handful of droid and iPhone readers and the bee reader on the blackberry now

If you have a droid, pick up an itouch that would help you out a lot

Sorry, I am too busy helping people to think of a cool signature!
