AVG 8.0 Problem With Updating

Hi Warriors,

My AVG 8.0 is unable to update. It has a note saying "Invalid Update Control CTF File."

Anyone got the same issue, and what can I do to fix this?

Thanks, guys. Problem solved.

By the way, AVG 8.0 almost always updates and requires restart when I turn on my computer. Is it necessary to always restart every time I boot up?

  go to tools - advanced settings - updates- and you can deselect the restart option.
