Can Anyone Recommend A Good Aussie Marketing Company?

Gday guys

I need to find a marketing company that can increase all round usage of my website and i have the money to pay them.

Id prefer a marketing company which is based in Melbourne, but would consider one from any of the other cities if they have the creds and can do what i want.

I know exactly what i want.

Can anyone recommend a great Australian Marketing Company based on real experiences.
