Disclaimers/TOS/Privacy footer links?
Fellow Warriors,
While the importance of having the TOS|Earning Disclaimer|Privacy page links (footer) to be FTC compliant, I too want to make sure I am compliant with Google and other major search engines, as an affiliate marketer. (Specifically IM and niche items through CB)
Naturally, my focus is to have a few video squeeze pages set-up as a static wp landing page, and will be building traffic through blogs, fb ads, article marketing and submissions, and mainly FREE traffic resources.
After watching a squeeze page video from Ryan Deiss earlier, it was insightful, and brought to my attention "G" also requires specific elements in place in order to drive traffic to a page specifically designed as a "Squeeze Landing Page" or static home page in order to drive traffic to it.
(*I imagine this only pertains to PPC campaigns using AdWords? -which if so, I cannot use, due to learning that trick a bit late...Oops:rolleyes
Currently, my main focus is "Where" to find "FREE" pre-scripted Privacy|Terms of Use| Earnings Disclaimer...and which are absolutely required as an "Affiliate Marketer" specifically?

PS- If using a 'video squeeze' as a static homepage...do I need anything specific to promote CB and similar products disclosed, other than... Privacy|Earnings Disclaimer ?
