Great Free Tool for Adding Links to Embedded YouTube Videos

If you embed YouTube videos on your webiste or blog, you might want to consider running it through LinkedTube first.

LinkedTube is a free service that places a hyperlinked button on the top right of your embedded YouTube videos. The button can say anything you want it to say and the link can go anywhere you want it to. There are a lot of possibilities with this.

Here is the link: LinkedTube - Video Links For YouTube

"LinkedTube is a Flash widget that adds link and sharing options to YouTube videos. With this you can transform any YouTube video into a useful viral promotion tool. Unlike standard YouTube players it links directly back to your URL, for example you can create video product listings linking direct to your shopping cart, music video links to the iTunes store or just link back to your website or blog. Plus, when others share your video they all link back to your own URL."

Have you used it? I'm curious about this:

Does this only work if they click the "share" button when the video is embedded on your site? I don't see how it could work if they embed from the video from YouTube.

This looks like a really interesting tool. I'm going to give it a shot. I'm curious about the question above as well.

No, I have not used it yet. I might be behind the times on this one, but I just stumbled upon it and thought it was worth sharing..

It only works on embedded videos, not on videos from YouTube. How could it?

Works Great I have been using it for my Amazon Sites and works really good could also be used in a Million other ways for example in a teaching video showing someone how to do something like how to use Market Samuraii and then having your Affilaite Link right on the video throughout the tutorial.

    Great tool

I like this but it leaves the nasty looking widget box over the video after I click the link. Anybody know how to avoid that?
