selling website

Hi Guys,

I have been doing online marketing for a couple of years now and I am making some income marketing affiliate products, thanks to this forum. I have my own team of dedicated staffs expert in creating sniper wordpress sites.

So i just thought of selling selling sites online but I don't have any idea where I should sell those sites, how to go about it, and how to transfer the owner ship of the sites/domains, pricing,where to market, etc, etc. :confused:

So my question is is there any course on selling websites, or do you guys have any suggestions that will help me?

Any advice/ comments is welcome.

    First, to be successful with selling websites
    make sure the sites you want to sell is making
    money consistently and have targeted
    traffic

    I don't think that you need a course there. First you can check out Flippa.com . Now while you are on that site, you can see that there are 2 models. One is income generating turn key website. The other one, well it's just turn key and you generate money yourself. Check out your competition on that site then see how you can create a better sale pitch and go from there. Good luck!

    Also, can anyone suggest me any WSO relating to website flipping or selling websites online? I am hoping a good guide will help a lot in this matter.

    There are many places for selling sites, but I think prices are better on Flippa. Many of the other places seem to onlu have cheap sites and sell at low prices.

    If your sites are actually making money, they will be worth a lot more than not. You can list on Flippa and in WF in Complete Sites for Sale. Price will depend on whether or not they have traffic and revenue.

    If you are looking to sell your site you can try Flippa, digital point(free),warrior forum ,and so many more, but my suggestions is Flippa ...
    If you don't know about how to transfer site then just hire some one for that or you can send your username and password to your buyer of cpanel and wp-admin,
    For domain, you have to just transfer it to your buyer account...

    In order to sell your website, you need to disclose your website's analytics to any potential buyers. Because they need to know how much traffic your website is receiving, for example.

    I don't sell many sites, I use to sell domains in my spare time on eBay but for selling website I would have to say Flippa is the way to go. Although I don't sell many website it's something I've been thinking about getting into so I spend time on the site from time to time and lots of transactions take place there every day. I've seen sales from 50.00 dollars to 50,000 or more...
