They are signing up new cities all over. Here's the overview vid:

In a nutshell:
-It's a local directory that focuses on mom and pop, non national chains.
-They provide the basic site and tools, charge $250/month plus 10% of other fees.
Not sure on the value to customer or biz owner that does this, but it looks interesting.
Main holdup- why not just do it on my own, do they provide value? Why would biz owners want to pay to be part of yet another directory- you gotta make it valuable to them.
May be a possible opportunity, fees are low and looks like some decent support.
