when you are buying anything online be careful and just consider below factors for sharing your information with them:
1. Is website has SSL Certificate (Secure Socket Layer)
2. Is website has https// format for payment pages.

  how much time it takes to run the site
  
  what kinds of tasks are required on a daily basis
  
  where you get your content
  
  any special software needed for the site and whether licenses are transferable
  
  server costs
