hello im new to internet marketing and affiliate marketing sounds good but at this time ido not have a website could somebody please advise me how i can drive traffic to a product without having a website

    The chances are small that you will make a sale without a site, do many traffic sources like article directories don't want affiliate links in your articles.
    There are plenty of free hosts that may allow some affiliate links to be included with useful content. Maybe squidoo, hubpages, blogger or wordpress.com, you have to check their terms and conditions.

      Hi Dings, it's not worth talking about, really. Because it's so quick and easy (and available free!) to get your own website that there's no need to struggle against the odds without one.

      Free sites which you own and control yourself are available from places like Yola, Weebly and Blinkweb. Free hosting (for Wordpress blogs or whatever other sort of free site you want) is available from places like Byethost and 000Webhost. There are five good, free possibilities to start your collection.

      Just stay away from places like Blogger/Blogspot and Squidoo for all the reasons explained in all the threads like this and you'll be safe.

        You can write articles about the product, place your affiliate link in your article, submit them to article directories, then you get a chance to earn some money. You can also build online web page to earn a commission. The candidate websites are including Hubpages.com, Squidoo.com, blogger.com.

          Yes - it's an absolutely enormous market, very competitive but with a lot of money in it. Maybe better to break it down to a smaller niche you could specialise in, and get better targeted traffic and promote only specific products relevant to your own niche?

            Affiliate marketing is a great way to earn money but not quick. could take a week just to make a sale, even with a good traffic. but if you put in a lot of time and work, and be patient. can see progress.

    rosalind gardner, anik singal (the creator of the affiliate classroom.

    you study those guys for the next 30 days you will feel like an affiliate

    You can get a free wordpress to begin with. Other areas where you can promote your affiliate links for profitability includes, article marketing, andweb 2.0 properties. You might want to start with web 2.0 sites pending when you are financially ready to get a domain and experience the real multiple streams of income from your business.

    You can drive traffic using articles, podcasts, or videos, all of which are free. Since the best article directories don't allow you to embed affiliate links, you'll use a landing page -- any decent Web 2.0 property will do -- to explain how the product you promote fits the customer's wants or needs. Use a soft-sell, objective approach when you write your landing page. You can also explore the niche & become a guest blogger / ezine article writer in exchange for a link to your landing page.
