hello i registered two domain names with 123 reg and just wanted to put them on flippa that was 3 weeks ago but when i go to the whois website it says they are still being registered is this normal

    That makes no sense. What do you mean "they are still being registered"? Either they are registered or they're not. If you registered them, it will show them as registered by you (or proxy).

    Which WHOIS are you using? Try iWhois.com. Again, the domain is either registered or it's not. There is no in between.
