How to monetize a private server game?

I have a private server for an online game that has roughly 70 members online at all times of the day. However, CPA is out the window because the majority of the members are from non-US/English countries. Looking at my MaxBounty profile, you won't see many surveys allowed from countries other than US/UK/Canada.

So here I am wondering how I could make some money off of these users. I am already offering a system where they can buy items in-game, but as far as Internet Marketing goes, where could I start?

        I think the most common way to monetize a game server would be to offer upgrades to the players e.g.

        - $5 for a reserved slot if the server is full
        - $10 for your clothes to be a different colour...

        You get the idea.

          Yea, already doing that, but I want to keep the GAME itself as free as possible - and then code in certain 'incentives' (such as surveys) that they can take for free, but get the rewards like you mentioned above.

          P.S. - Does anyone have an good recommendations on good international CPA companies with LOTS of incentive offers?
