Have you looked at Cafe Press or Dazzle for this?

I think that's exactly what Cafe Press does, at least:

Wow - I've joined CafePress. Site concept is awesome - but it's really unintuitive to use the site.

So far I've discovered that:

1. I can customize my mug/tshirt/cap that I sell in my store - but it only let's me add an image. I cannot add custom text.

2. If I do use their 'customize' option, so I can add text to a tshirt, I cannot sell it in my store, and I only have the option to buy it myself????!

Looked around their FAQ and forums, but zero help.

Can you save your text as a graphic, upload it and put it on a shirt?

I've seen lots of shirts on there with names on them. There was a domain name that I really wanted for a line of shirts I wanted to offer. I typed it in and it went to a cafepress store selling the same shirts I wanted to. They were offering almost every name available, so it must have been saved as a graphic. I think they had 100's of shirts with a different name on each one.

OK - I found Zazzle.com and it's WAY better.

I messed around on cafepress for ~3 hours and didn't achieve what I wanted to do.

I was on zazzle for 10 mins and did everything I needed. Also - they have male and female models where your tshirt creations are pasted. It looks really good and I am definitely liking this site more.

10/10 for ease of use!!
