Sending Physical Letters Via The Web?

Ok - this is the epitome of laziness, but I can't stand waiting in line at the USPS store. There's usually 8 people in front of me, and 1 person manning the desks.

So - does anyone know if there is a site, or service, our there where I can write a card, or letter, and get it physically sent to an address.

You may ask why, but people like my grandma still like to get real mail. -)

Any help appreciated!!

Yes. Look up Send Out Cards. They can mail granny a nice birthday card and a yummy brownie too. You can customize and automate birthday and holiday greetings.

There might be other sites that do the same.

I love Send Out Cards and happen to be a rep for them. Not only is it great for grandma, it is a killer OFFLINE marketing follow up system as you can load card campaigns just like you can auto responder messages.

I think that this type of follow up is overlooked and I attribute it to much of my success. Who do you think gets more repeat customers? The guy who sends a thank you email or the guy that sends a physical greeting card thanking them for being a customer of myfakekickassproductsite.com ?

I invest the first money every customer gives me back into the customer. This does numerous wonderful things for my business and the relationships that I maintain with my clients and customers. Although I have never measured it, I am sure that my LTV of my customers is much higher since adding this to my marketing formula...say the first product a customer buys is 7 bucks from me, I will spend that 7 bucks on them....and sometimes it might be brownies!

Perfect, thanks guys! Exactly what I was looking for.

Scottmanesis - great thinking with the follow up! This is really good Customer Relations and I may start doing something similar.

Thanks for the great business tip!
