I have bought a pr domain 4 in a very lucrative niche but I am a little afraid of something because I am afraid of lose the ranking id I try to rebuild a wordpress blog using that one ....What do you suggest me to do with it?

    just keep building and it will stick. The more great content and backlinks you have on you site the better ranking you'll get so keep building. add new fresh articles, targeted backlinks (don't do those backlink blasts either), etc.
