I read so many positive statements about aweber on WF...that's why I went with them but my experiences are always SOOOOO bad with them. So I left them--then more aweber hype that they are the best and I haven't been back a week and been on chat and the phone all day long with them only to get very little accomplished with my original complaint. It's like the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. I am in the middle of a magazine launch that had a preset date, then ran into importing problems when I switched back to aweber. Asked for their help, some customer service rep said it was taken care of, and then it was still wrong and the company won't stand behind what their own rep said they would do.

More chattting online, phone call, still screwed. We based our launch on what they said they would do--now have had to revamp the entire launch--just so many screw ups with them. I am SORRY I went back and will be looking yet again for another company and WONT be talked back into it again--no matter how much other people like them. Errrrrrrrrrr...

    used them for years - never a problem

    If you are trying to import leads or subscribers - they DO NOT CARE how you got them or if they are customers. They STILL have to double optin for you to mail to them

    based on your post, it seems that that may be part of your problem but without more details and specifics there is no way to tell.
