Can anyone explain Bukisa's License & Agreement regarding syndication of an article

There are three license options -

creative commons attribution no derivative works 3.0 supported

creative commons attribution share alike 3.0 supported

no syndication allowed no copying or no altering
.........
I am using AdSense with them, what option should I choose when publishing an original article.

Can anyone explain the whole thing.

    If you don't want someone to syndicate your article on another site, thus potentially creating competition for your Bukisa Adsense revenue, then choose no syndication.

    This option is new to Bukisa. For articles you published before there was an option not to syndicate they can be freely used by anyone.
