WordPress Error

INTERNET MARKETING

Im trying to get to the WordPress admin panel, but im getting this error;

Error establishing a database connection

This either means that the username and password information in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or we can't contact the database server at localhost. This could mean your host's database server is down.

•Are you sure you have the correct username and password?
•Are you sure that you have typed the correct hostname?
•Are you sure that the database server is running?

Has anyone else experienced this? What is likely the cause of this? I've never seen this error before. Im getting the same error on all of my sites.

Could be that the database server is down on your host, have you tried asking them (submitting a ticket)? You could also check the wp-config.php to make sure the values in it are correct, and that it hasn't been tampered with.

I would think the most likely explanation is a problem at your host's end, especially if it is affecting all your sites. Maybe, for example, their server is being attacked and they locked down all or part of their server as a precaution.

Have you checked to see if your sites are still live?

You do have a backup of your content, don't you? Please say you do!

Your host's database server is probably down.

That can happen even if the database server is localhost/127.0.0.1 (i.e. the same server as where your files are stored) and everything else is working as normal, because all of the various services are independent from one another (http, mysql, ftp, smtp, pop3/imap, ssh, etc.).

You must need the forget password in the word press site for submit the article & blog in some wordpress sites.
