How do you organize your WF skype groups?

I know that many of you are having secret meetings via skype where you conspire to milk IM for all it's worth. LOL.

Seriously, though, I know that there is alot of activity between members here outside of this forum. I am wondering how are the skype groups organized, what kinds of things are discussed, and, is there a leader who puts together time/dates to meet?

How did your skype group get started?

Sorry. The first rule of Skype IM Club is not to talk about Skype IM Club.

    Also, there is no spoon.

Well I think I am qualified to answer that since I have been known to start a new skype group ever 15 minutes or so! It's sort of a hobby of mine!!!

Building relationships with other people can shorten the road to success considerably and you are in one of the best places to do just that. Most of the people I have gotten to know over the years have come from the WF. Then, I got to know other people through those people and on and on.

Make quality posts here. Avoid being critical of people. Make friends. Do all that and you will find people wanting to get to know you. THEN you can start up skype groups right and left.

I have several too. No one wants to be in them though.

I'm in a few and it really is all about the relationships It's awesome to get to know people, and to have people available on Skype you can share and grow with.

What's stopping you from starting your own?

Not interested in starting my own....my question is how are they run!!!!

Who dictates times to meet and what's discussed.

            Thats the question.

My Skype chats are virtual chats. In other words, there are no special times to meet. People come in and post whenever they feel like it. There is usually someone on to respond but, if not, people will read the comment and respond when the DO come in.

              It's an ongoing 24/7 chat.

Scheming to milk all IM is worth
That was very funny. And....Very true. Build relationships with people. Contribute value. Put out some great products and you will be invited too

As for how they are run, Depends on what the room is for. usually there is the owner of the group and they can if they so choose add a moderator to help keep things in order.

the purpose is to socialize on a more personal level

                Have a great day

I was asking moreso from an organizational/mastermind point of view.

    Thanks everyone for your answers.
