Youtube marketing question

I'm just getting into video marketing and am not sure about something. One tactic that I've heard about is posting a video response to a popular video on a similar topic as yours. What I'm wondering is if I do this, does that mean I cannot just post the video in the normal way as well? In other words, can you post the same video multiple times, both as your own video and also as video response, or only once? I hope this question makes sense.

      Hey Larry,

Go ahead and load up your normal video first.

Then go to another related video and hit "video response".

It will give you a option to upload a new video, or choose on of the ones you already have in your account. Simply choose the Title of the video from the drop down menu and submit that as your video response.

You can do this to multiple videos as well.

      Have fun!

    Larry,

Absolutely. I have done this with several videos across several niches and it's a great way to boost your relevant traffic. You can also post on the youtube blog to create a backlink to your channel, and in turn to your videos.

I'm Pretty sure that you can also use the same video as a response video

Thanks for the replies. Sounds like a good tool if you can use the same video over and over like that!
