INTERNET MARKETING

Some time ago, I came across a website where a community of people traded social interactions for credits. For example, write a comment on my blog - 1 credit. post on someone elses blog earns a credit.

It was actually really cool idea. but I'm not able to find it. Has anyone ever run across anything like this, or know what I'm talking about? it was an overall system, not just for "likes" or "Tweets"

  Looks like Capazoo is shut down. but don't think that was it. Possibly You Like Hits was it.
  
  know of any that's similar to "you like hits" but includes commenting as well?
