Warrior Mastermind Group

I was wondering what you guys think about this idea.

The organization called Toastmasters have people meet in small groups around the world to come together to practice speaking and persuading. I was wondering if such a thing like that would be beneficial for internet marketing, where people met to discuss, learn and innovate in real time about becoming successful online? Like a Warrior Mastermind Group.

Here are my thoughts... current university education is based a lot on theory and some application. They teach in a broad overview of a subject rather than how to specifically do something. I read somewhere that people can become successful nowadays with an idea and some internet tools. In today's economy many people are out of work, if there was such an organization that was based on doing with real time feedback, perhaps many more could create something as that's what it takes for an economy to grow.

Also it would be great networking group, a large pool of talent. People can come together to do even greater things than they could alone. This way people forming together could "hire" themselves and mastermind with others.

Has something like this been attempted before? Would there be a benefit of meeting in person over virtual connection? Perhaps an extension off of Warrior Forum, as there is great talent that lies here.
