Anyone know where to get standard contracts (Purchasing Agreement)

I cannot wait for my lawyer to draft one this time.

Anyone know of a good source for standard agreements.

In particular, I am purchasing source code, and require
an agreement setting out payment will be made, and we
are expected X,Y,Z.
