HELP Needed !!! Newbie Information overload

Recently i discovered i had information overload as I listened to tele-seminar
Good enough I happened to have get one solution which is reducing the number of sites i subscribe to.
Okay with that I think they are many ways to skin a cat, probably if you have faced the same problem ... How did you go about it ?

    Stopping some newsletters is a good start...

    Try to focus on one task at a time, don't let the latest product launch take you off course...

    'less is more' - I know this sounds kind of counter intuative but less is more... Keep it simple, cut out all the fluff and JUST DO what works for you
