Looking for service to format sales letter into mini site

I have an existing sales letter that I would like to have formatted and turned into a mini site by someone who understands direct response marketing.

From what I can tell this isn't an easy service to find.

There are copywriters who can write good sales letters but they usually don't format the sales letters into HTML to produces a good looking, sales generating mini site. The copywriters I've seen who do turn it into HTML seem to use a minimum of formatting and produce sites that look like they made 10 years ago,

There are web designers who produce good mini sites templates but it's still up to you to format your own sales letter and put it in the template. If there are any who do, they probably don't have direct response experience to format a sales letter for maximum results and would produce a site that looks cool but wouldn't necessarily know how to format it to produce maximum sales.

One guy I used in the past provided this service and did a very good job but he stopped offering it.

Does anyone know a service that will turn a great sales letter into a kick butt formatted sales generating mini-site?

There must be a few around.
