I have seen several people on Fiverr offer gigs where they will post anyone's link to their fb profile with 200k fans for $5. You could offer something like this where you advertise peoples businesses or websites to your fans on Facebook for a price.

If you have that many people. 1 question is are they a targeted group or all randoms. If they are targeted then you can make a lot of money. Make a website and promote products related to that niche. If not you can still make a few pages with random products that interest most people and try to bank that way.

In all honesty, viral scripts would be the best way. If they're real Facebook fans, then you would have no problem making a few thousand dollars. The best thing about this method is that you can keep making this money, as long as you keep using the scripts.

Social traffic is hard to monetize. Let us know what you try and how much are are able to make per day.

IMHO people use Facebook for social interaction, not buying products. The day FB introduce keyword related Ad placement ... Google will have a big headache. Until then I think FB Ads as as effective as banner ads - in other words ... not at all.

    LOL, hi tom ^_^

Try CPA-offers or normal products (from amazon), which are corresponding to the niche they are in .

I agree that an untargeted population of contacts doesn't seem like a good way to go - seems like people who enjoy the sheer thrill of thousands of FB messages
    not convinced

I'd like some good ideas too...the typical things aren't working for my page either. It's a targeted list of 223,000 and I've only made about $200 total from it in 6 months. Amazon links would pull in a few bucks at a time, Clickbank products sold ZIP, my own products will sell just one or two. I haven't tried CPA but most CPA I hate and the other pages in my niche that are doing that are getting so many negative comments when they post them.

The best thing I can do is push them to an email sign-up and email them offers. For my page, it's been more for fun than for the money but I have yet to see a decent amount of sales from that page directly.

Hi, just a quick question... do you have them just as fans or you've also captured their email addresses?

Entertain them with content related to the niche and score cash frome Adsense or related or popular Amazon products.

Your main objective right now should not be to get money fast, but figure out how you can build this facebook group into a community of followers. Then you can start to make money.

You need context in anything you do. You cant for example offer flowers and cars. Pick a vertical and stick with it.

Well if it was me who owned such a big page..then i would definitly do CPA..especially zip submits.
but before you do all that i suggest you feed them with fun and interactive stuffs.

you can even hold " A vs B" question...for example.. Whos the best ?? Justin or Selena..click like for justin or comment for selena"

thats just as example...this should get you more fans pretty soon.

also after few fun questions like this you can give them your zip submits and make em sound as if its some kinda sponsered thing

    i hope this helps

Depending on what your page is about you have options. With every fanpage you can find something on amazon to talk about.

There is a problem though. People new to this will just grab a link and post it with the image that shows up. That's the wrong way to do it.

I saw an article where after Shaq retired from basketball he had 20 some companies at his house trying to get him to pitch their products on his twitter account. He said it perfectly, he doesn't pitch anything. What he'll do is say "Oreo's and milk, let's see if I can eat 15 of them"

So you can use that tactic with facebook. Don't sell, suggest. And if you don't mind lying use the phrase "Just got this _______ and I'm loving everything about it" then you hit them with the amazon link.

That's one way but it's endless on what you can do.

    • Make a website for the niche and there you can control the advertising(like adsense and such), affiliate and CPA offers and even build a mailing list with a newsletter or freebie offer.

Use your FB page to promote your site and drive traffic to it.

My experience with FB is that it is a good for generating traffic and not so good for direct revenue generation.

Some people make monetizing their FB page work, this is just my experience for the past several years

200k is alot, but at the same time is not really that much.

I know people with 500 users that make more than people with 200k because they have given to that list of people, and created a nice following. It all about your relationship you have with them.

One of my student has a list of 900 people (on email), and has quit his job. But you should see what he does for them. But everytime he plugs something alot of his list is responsive because they trust him.

    Consider this.

I created a fan page with only 300 fans the other day and made $60.

It's definitely about the audience and how they react.

Don't let someone on Fiverr pay to post on your fanpage, use your fans to your advantage in whatever industry you are in.

I make money via CPA's, affiliate, and even PPC ads on my websites.

But above all, don't spam your fans.
