INTERNET MARKETING

Just wanted to say a huge Thank You to all you warriors out who post all your awesome tips and advice.

I have been doing online marketing for about 6 weeks. Was confused and overwhelmed for the first few days but I found an amazing mentor who along with all of your help has put me on the right path.

I have got 5 sites up and running in the last month and a half and have been spending my days building the sites and all the fun seo stuff (two of my sites are on front page of the big G. but I always end up spending at least a few hours a day right here reading what you guys have to say. Starting to see sales come in now, and even getting some subscribers on my email lists. Woot Woot

Just wanted to say Thank You so much for providing us newer affiliate marketers with a place to come and get free advice and tips. It sure does help.

Glad to see that there are some people out there who go about things the right way: find a good mentor, pick a method, and do something with that method everyday. Congrats on building the foundation to your business...and remember that this is just the beginning. Never lose the enthusiasm/work ethic that you have going for you now.

I agree with Brad that this is a nice contrast to those "I'm quitting IM" threads.

Call me a skepchick, but I'm afraid I also agree with Rough Outline that it does seem very strange that you've apparently chosen, with no experience of internet marketing, to select affiliate marketing as a niche in itself, and that having been so "confused and overwhelmed" so very recently, you're now teaching people how to create "passive affiliate-based business online". I'm pretty successful at this now, after nearly 3 years, and I certainly wouldn't have been able to do that sensibly after 6 weeks (or indeed after 6 months). I know that however unaccountable it seems, people do sometimes do these things, but to me it still seems very strange. Sorry, Justin.
