Unable to upload photo to Wordpress Media
I have successfully added photos to my own personal wordpress site that I am fiddling around with so I thought I ought to be able to add two photos to our ChipFixx website, that's our online biz site.
I tried to upload new media, and I get an error msg saying it cant be done, and something about the parent directory. So I thought maybe the pix were too big as both were over 2 megs in size so I reduced them to about 200K. That didnt work either, same msg.
Anyone have any ideas what I am doing wrong? Or is it not me and it's something else?
I'd be happy to write privately to someone to try to work thru this. FWIW I use a Mac.
